1. Guide services: (1) Free volunteer-led tours run daily at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.; see the central service-desk sign for details. (2) Audio guides are available in Chinese, English, French, Japanese, German, Korean, Spanish, and Italian. Adult set: 20 yuan + 300 yuan deposit; child set: 10 yuan + 300 yuan deposit. Rental digital players and special-exhibition players are loaned separately. (3) Multimedia computer guide systems are located in the lobby and galleries.
