Qingyan Ancient Town, near Guiyang in Guizhou, is a well-preserved stone-built town dating from the Ming and Qing dynasties. Its ancient city walls and the coexistence of Confucian, Buddhist, Taoist, Catholic and Christian buildings reflect centuries of cultural exchange.
