About Jinsixia (Golden Silk Gorge) Tourism Area

A deep river canyon in the Qinling Mountains, Jinsixia enchants visitors with terraced waterfalls, emerald pools, sheer cliffs, and forested paths threading through its secluded gorge.

Highlights

Qinling danxia gorge with White-Dragon, Black-Dragon and Green-Dragon gorges; waterfalls and streams in an intact fault-block canyon; rare orchid valley.

Suggested Route

Enter at the visitor center, hike the plank road through White Dragon Gorge to Black Dragon Gorge and Danjiang Source; allow 3-4 hours.
