About Mount Jiuhua Tourism Area

Mount Jiuhua in Chizhou, Anhui, is one of the four sacred mountains of Chinese Buddhism and is dedicated to the bodhisattva Ksitigarbha. Its forested slopes are dotted with temples, pagodas and monk hermitages.

Suggested Route

Take the shuttle to the core temples (Huacheng/Genyi), then cable car to TianTai summit; allow a full day.
