About Eastern Qing Tombs

The Eastern Qing Tombs, a UNESCO World Heritage site, form the largest and best-preserved imperial mausoleum complex in China. Spread across Hebei's foothills, they house the tombs of Qing emperors, empresses and princes within forested, walled compounds.

Suggested Route

Enter at the main gate, visit the Sacred Way and the key tombs (Yuling, Dingling, Cixi's tomb) by shuttle; allow half a day.
