About Iron Gate Pass Tourism Area

A historic Silk Road pass north of Korla, where the Peacock River threads through sheer cliffs of the Tianshan. Once a guarded gateway to the Tarim Basin, it preserves beacon towers, a cliff-carved inscription and riverside trails.
