About Guangwu Mountain Tourism Area

Guangwu Mountain in the Daba Mountains of northeastern Sichuan is celebrated for its vast carpets of autumn foliage, when maple and other broadleaf forests blaze in shades of red. Karst caves, cliffs and misty valleys round out this nature reserve.

Karst peaks; a vast red-leaf (maple) forest in autumn; the Micang ancient road; the 'Eighteen Moon Lake' waters.

Suggested Route

Enter at the Taoyuan gate, take the shuttle and cable car to the summit for sea of clouds/red leaves, walk the forest trails; allow a full day.
