About Mount Lu (Lushan) Tourism Area

Mount Lu, a UNESCO World Heritage landscape in Jiangxi, has long inspired poets with its cloud seas, waterfalls and misty peaks. The mountain resort town of Guling offers historic villas, lake walks and dramatic lookouts above the Yangtze plain.

The 'Kuanglu' summer mountain with cloud seas; the Guling town and Former Residence area; the Flower Path, Immortal's Cave and SanDieQuan waterfall; villas of many nations.

Suggested Route

Drive up to Guling, visit the Flower Path -> Immortal's Cave -> Hanpo Pass for sunrise, and the SanDieQuan waterfall; allow 1-2 days.

Try Lushan stone fish and cloud-mist tea; stay in a Guling guesthouse or at the foot (Jiujiang).

Getting There

HSR Jiujiang Station then bus to North Gate transfer center (~50 min), or Lushan Station then free shuttle to West Gate cableway; ~50 km from Jiujiang Lushan Airport; no metro.

Reservation

Mandatory online real-name reservation (since 2026-01-19) via 'Yi Ji You Lushan' WeChat/Alipay mini-program; no on-site tickets.
