About Xibaipo

In the foothills of the Taihang Mountains in Hebei, Xibaipo preserves the village headquarters where Communist Party leadership directed the final campaigns of the Chinese revolution from 1948 to 1949. The restored courtyard homes and memorial halls make it a landmark of modern Chinese history.
