About Beichuan Qiangcheng Tourism Area

In Mianyang, Sichuan, the Beichuan Qiangcheng area celebrates the culture of the Qiang, one of China's ancient ethnic minorities, through its stone watchtowers, fortified village houses and traditional festivals. Nearby, memorial sites honor the town's rebirth after the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake.
